before getting on the road yesterday for Albi, we had lunch at this little local restaurant right on the main square of the town. this region is known for its duck (foie gras, duck confit, magret de canard etc.) so I indulged in the local fare and had a huge salad of greens, white asparagus and duck confit....c'était trop bon!
